Constance Earlene Kohl

Constance "Earlene" (Yardley) Kohl Constance "Earlene" (Yardley) Kohl, age 70, a resident of Galesburg, Illinois, former resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2016, at Galesburg Cottage Hospital, Galesburg, Illinois, surrounded by her daughter and loving friends. Earlene was born on March 1, 1946, in Chillicothe, Missouri. Earlene was an excellent athlete while in school. After graduation, she earned her Licensed Practical Nursing degree and worked as an LPN while living in Missouri. She then moved to Galesburg, Illinois, and worked for 30 years at Maytag, retiring in 2004. She attended First Baptist Church in Galesburg, Illinois. She enjoyed being outdoors, especially fishing. Survivors include one daughter of the home, Angela Kohl in Galesburg; one son, Jeffrey Kohl of Texas; and three grandchildren, Max, McKenna, and Dakota. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Jean Yardley; and grandmother, Connie Yardley. A private graveside service will be held at Oakwood Cemetery, Milan, Missouri, at a later date.
