Connie Lynn (Mcknight) Cooper

Connie Lynn (McKnight) Cooper Connie Lynn (McKnight) Cooper, age 53, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2017, at Liberty Hospital, Liberty, Missouri. Connie was born the daughter of Walter Clyde and Mary Ester (Goldizen) McKnight on March 2, 1963, in St. Joseph, Missouri. She was a 1981 Lafayette High School Graduate. She worked as a local representative for Dr. Pepper Snapple out of Lawrence, Kansas for many years. Connie enjoyed gardening, arts and crafts, and music. Survivors include longtime companion Kathi Kerr of the home; three daughters, Tara Cooper of Chillicothe, Missouri, Ashliegh Milbourn and husband Allen of St. Joseph, Missouri, and Nichole Leicht of Elwood, Kansas; four brothers, Jeff and wife Kim Groce of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, Walter and wife Elaine McKnight of Agency, Missouri, Steve McKnight of Fort Worth, Texas, and Mark McKnight of St. Joseph, Missouri; one sister Sunny Jean Abel and husband Tony of St. Joseph, Missouri; Aunts and Uncles, Nicholas Goldizen and wife Karla of Agency, Missouri, Tony Holcomb of St. Joseph, Missouri, Angela Goldizen of St. Joseph, Missouri, Clifton Goldizen of St. Joseph, Missouri, and Bessie Wilson of St. Joseph, Missouri; ten grandchildren; and several other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents. Family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Monday, February 20, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Monday, February 20, 2017, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. Private family inurnment will be held at a later date.
