Colette was born the daughter of Robert Lee and Charlotte (Davis) Robbins on October 31, 1956, in Chillicothe, Missouri.
Survivors include one son, Adam Robbins and wife Lisa of Kansas City, Missouri; and one grandchild, Cash Robert Robbins of Kansas City, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Lee Robbins; and mother, Charlotte Anne Robbins.
