Clifford Elwood Webb Clifford Elwood Webb, age 91, a resident of Ludlow, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2013, at Golden Age Nursing Home, Braymer, Missouri. Clifford was born the son of Arlie and Amy Josephine (Gier) Webb on April 12, 1921, in Ludlow, Missouri. He was a graduate of Ludlow High School. He served in the United Stated Navy during World War II. He was united in marriage to Lola Nancy Eichler on March 14, 1942, in Liberty, Missouri. She preceded him in death on December 30, 2007. Clifford was a member of the Ludlow Community Church, and a Charter Member of Ludlow Lions Club. Survivors include four sons, Gary Webb and wife June of Ludlow, Missouri, Leonard Webb and wife Sally of Lee's Summit, Missouri, Dwain Webb and wife Kathy of Braymer, Missouri, and Jackie Don Webb of Breckenridge, Missouri; one daughter Linda Roberts and husband George of Mooresville, Missouri; sixteen grandchildren; forty-nine great grandchildren; four sisters-in-law, Hazel Hopcroft of Independence, Missouri, Jeane Chambers of Butler, Missouri, Martha Eckringa of Adelanto, California, and Donna Boxx of Lee's Summit, Missouri; along with many nieces and nephews, who spent many happy times at Lola and Clifford's farm house. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Norma Flamm; wife Lola; three grandsons, T.J. Webb, Lonnie Ray Webb, and Tristen Todd Roberts. Funeral services will be held at the Ludlow Community Church, Ludlow, Missouri, on Tuesday, January 29, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Monday, January 28, 2013, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Monday, January 28, 2013, from 12 noon until 9:00 p.m. Burial will be held at McCoskrie Cemetery, Ludlow, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to McCoskrie Cemetery and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.
