Charlotte Lee Sturgeon Charlotte Sturgeon, age 71, a resident of Shelbina, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2013, at Moberly Regional Medical Center, Moberly, Missouri. Charlotte was born the daughter of Herbert Leroy and Ethel (Williams) Riddle on January 20, 1942, in Chillicothe, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Loren Dennis Sturgeon on August 10, 1959. He preceded her in death on September 6, 1966. Charlotte was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, Chillicothe, Missouri. Survivors include one son, Mike Riddle and wife Kathy of Chillicothe, Missouri; four daughters, Evonne Sturgeon-Sheets and husband Willie of Park Hills, Missouri, Marie Oster and Leonard of Lone Wolf, Oklahoma, Marilyn Oster and William Ruttenberg of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Dee Jennings and husband Ray of Shelbina, Missouri; one brother Charles Riddle of Ludlow, Missouri; three sisters Theresa Neal of Ludlow, Missouri, Julie Carter and husband Jim of Carrollton, Missouri, and Lisa Barron and husband Jeff of Ludlow, Missouri; eighteen grandchildren; and twenty-two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Joe Riddle, Rick Riddle, Lester Riddle, and Moe Riddle; three sisters, Linda, Sherry, and Vickie; one grandson, Jeremy Hughes; and three great-granddaughters Summers Leann Morrison, Layla Grace Oster, and Jazmyne Oster.
