Charlotte Anne Robbins Charlotte Anne Robbins, age 78, a resident of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2015, at her residence. Charlotte was born the daughter of Charles Thomas and Marian (Carmichael) Davis on February 1, 1936, in St. Louis, Missouri. She was a graduate of Chillicothe High School, Chillicothe, Missouri. In 1955 Charlotte moved to Kansas City, Missouri, where she worked as a telephone operator for Southwestern Bell for many years. Survivors include one daughter Colette Sue Robbins of Kansas City, Missouri; two sisters Gwenda Marie Cansler of Kansas City, Missouri, and Norma Jean Fox of Indianapolis, Indiana; one grandchild Adam Rory Robbins and wife Lisa of Kansas City, Missouri; one great-grandson Cash Robert Robbins; three nieces, Debby Higgins, Pam Quick, and Trish Wilburn; and friend Juanita Davis of Independence, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister Betty Jane Cout; and one brother Robert Lee Higgins. A graveside service will be held at Edgewood Cemetery, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, January 31, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, January 31, 2015, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, January 30, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Charlotte Robbins Memorial Fund and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
