Charles J. "Sonny" Worman, age 83, a resident of Hale, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at Carroll House, Carrollton, Missouri.
Sonny was born the son of Charles B. and Lois (Yentoch) Worman on June 2, 1937, in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He was a member of the Hale Methodist Church, Hale, Missouri. Sonny enjoyed traveling in the motor home with his parents. He has been to 49 states.
Survivors include one sister, Charlene Berger and husband Garry of Hale, Missouri; two brothers, Loren Worman and wife Jovie of Hale, Missouri, and Wayne Worman and wife Glenda of Bernville, Pennsylvania; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister-in-law, Barbara Worman.
Graveside services will be held at Hale Memory Gardens, Hale, Missouri, on Saturday, December 19, 2020, at 10:30 a.m. There is no scheduled visitation. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Hale, Missouri, on Friday, December 18, 2020, from 12 noon until 5:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
