Charles J. Wiley Charles J. Wiley, age 65, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, formerly of Memphis, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2015, at Hedrick Medical Center, Chillicothe, Missouri. Charles was born the son of Joseph and Louise (Frances) Wiley on August 17, 1950, in Trenton, New Jersey. Charles worked as a truck driver for many years. He enjoyed playing pool and poker. He loved Nascar and was a big Jimmie Johnson fan. He was also an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan. Survivors include one sister, Mary Shelton of Chillicothe, Missouri; niece, Susan McKelvey of St. Joseph, Missouri; and nephews, William Recor of Chillicothe, Missouri, Joseph "Jay" Recor and wife Tracy of Keokuk, Iowa, and Brian Recor and wife Cynthia of Oskaloosa, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Joseph Wiley. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Charles J.
