Charles Erwin Evans, age 71, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at his residence.
Charles was born the son of Joseph Junior and Addelina Pearl (Bunch) Evans on August 17, 1950, in Chillicothe, Missouri. He attended Hamilton Schools. Charles was a machinist by trade as he worked several years for the Donaldson Company. He made several life -long friends from the Trap House which he frequently visited and considered his family.
Survivors include one daughter, Traci Gercone and husband, Bob, of Independence, Missouri; one son, Charles Matthew (Matt) Evans of Kidder, Missouri; one brother, Joe Evans, and wife, Brenda, of Lathrop, Missouri; two sisters, Machele Vance of Edmond, Oklahoma and Joyce (Red) Smith of Wichita, Kansas; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one sister, Paula Smith of Osborne, Missouri.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date at the Trap House, Chillicothe, Missouri.
