Cecelia M. Hall, age 89, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Monday, February 8, 2021, at her residence.
Cecelia was born the daughter of Orville and Rose (Bradley) Ralston on August 26, 1931, in Rockport, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Donald Hall on July 15, 1966, in Livingston County, Missouri. He preceded her in death on February 2, 2006. Cecelia was a homemaker, and loved gardening, fishing, embroidery, and quilting. She made a president quilt with the presidents from Abraham Lincoln to Bill Clinton. She was a member of Soul's Harbor Church of God, Chillicothe, Missouri.
Survivors include three sons, Alfred W. Oleson and wife Patty of Chillicothe, Missouri, Gary L. Labar of Gainsville, Missouri, and Kenneth J. Labar of Fritch, Texas; one daughter, Saundra Lea Batson of Goodman, Missouri; several grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Hall; one daughter, Sharon Walrath; one son in law, Charles Walrath; grandson, Alan Walrath; three brothers, Samuel, Wayne (Ike), and James Ralston; and three sisters, Genese Utterback, Evelyn Ayers, and Elizabeth Jane Condell.
Graveside services will be held at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, May 1, 2021, at 3:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Soul's Harbor Church of God of Chillicothe, and may be left or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
