Casey James Fitzpatrick, age 44, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, August 15, 2021, at his residence.
Casey was born the son of Michael Fitzpatrick and Teresa Davis on February 9, 1977, in Courtland, New York. He was a 1995 graduate of Marceline High School, Marceline, Missouri. Casey was united in marriage to Jennifer Basler on July 8, 2005, in Kansas City, Missouri. She survives of the home. Casey worked as a surgical technician at Upstate Bone and Joint, Syracuse, New York. He was a member of the Surgical Tech Association. Casey enjoyed playing basketball.
Survivors include his father, Michael Fitzpatrick of Chillicothe, Missouri; his wife, Jennifer Fitzpatrick of the home; two sons, Channing Fitzpatrick of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Brennen Fitzpatrick of Chillicothe, Missouri; two daughters, Isabelle Fitzpatrick of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Danielle Basler of Jefferson City, Missouri; one sister, Eva Fitzgerald and husband, Shea of Port Orange, Florida; one niece, Ryan Jenkins; and two nephews, Tristan Jenkins, and Davis Fitzgerald. He was preceded in death by his mother.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Casey Fitzpatrick Memorial Fund and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, Missouri, 64601.
