Carolyn Ann Brookshier, age 67, a resident of Mooresville, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at Liberty Hospital, Liberty, Missouri.
Carolyn was born the daughter of Ben and Joann (Cox) Creason on December 21, 1954, in Linn County, Missouri. She was a 1973 graduate of Meadville High School, Meadville, Missouri. Carolyn was united in marriage to Kenneth Brookshier on August 22, 1990, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He survives of the home. She worked as a bookkeeper for Wal-Mart for 24 years. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting, and raising small breed dogs.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Brookshier of the home; two sons, Chris Sparks and wife, LeAnn of Salina, Kansas, and Michael Donoho of Ludlow, Missouri; one daughter, Kimberly Peterson of Kahoka, Missouri; eight grandchildren, Zachary Peterson, Peityn Peterson, Kix Mensa, Knox Mensa, Brent Sparks, Anabelle Donoho, Christopher Donoho, and Elijah Donoho; two great grandchildren; two brothers, Kenny Creason and wife Rhonda of Purdin, Missouri, and Tom Creason and wife Amy of Browning, Missouri; one sister, Janet Moore and Ronnie of Braymer, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
