Carol Ann Hampton Carol Ann Hampton, age 75, a resident of Princeton, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2015, at her residence. Carol was born the daughter of Glen and Ollie (Horn) Clark on July 31, 1940, in Gallatin, Missouri. Carol worked as Nurses Aid for Princeton Care Center for 17 years. Carol was united in marriage to Jim Hampton on December 12, 1970. They spent 44 years together. He preceded her in death on August 28, 2015. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, riding horses, sewing, crocheting, walking her dogs and crafts. Survivors include one daughter, Lisa Stephens and husband Chris of Princeton, Missouri; two grandchildren, Payge Stephens and Dalton Stephens of Princeton, Missouri; two great grandchildren, Kylah McCully and Tymberlynn White of Trenton, Missouri; one sister, Eula Blakesley of Princeton, Missouri; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jim Hampton; two sons, Donald Lee Petty and David Earl Petty; granddaughter, Brandy White; five brothers, Herman, Harley, Howard and Harold Edwards and Rex Clark; and one sister, Allie Lambrecht. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. at Hamilton Cemetery, Modena, Missouri. There is no scheduled family visitation.
