Carla Sue Roberts

Carla Sue Roberts, age 38, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri passed away at her residence on Monday, April 19, 2010. She was born in Chillicothe, Missouri on June 8, 1971 the daughter of Carl and Mandy (Barrett) Bowman. She was a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri her whole life. She was a graduate of Chillicothe High School in Chillicothe, Missouri and attended North Central Missouri College in Trenton, Missouri. She was employed by MODOT on their road crew for some time. Carla loved to fish, go camping, and do yardwork. She was a member of the Highview Baptist Church in Chillicothe, Missouri. Survivors include her parents, Carl and Mandy Bowman of Chillicothe, Missouri; two sons, Preston M. Mathews and wife Chelsey of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Tanner S. Roberts of Chillicothe, Missouri; one brother, Brian Bowman and wife Vanessa of Chillicothe, Missouri; one sister, Christie Noble of Chillicothe, Missouri; and one grandchild, Rian Mathews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Floyd and Cecil Bowman, and Charles and Leona Barrett. There will be Celebration of Life Ceremony at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri on Thursday, April 22, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. Friends may call on Wednesday from 12:00 noon until 8:00 p.m at the funeral home.
