Bruce Robert O'Dell Bruce Robert O'Dell, age 61, a resident of Breckenridge, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, March 25, 2018, at his residence. Bruce was born the son of Robert and Patricia (Mortensen) O'Dell on October 21, 1956, in Alameda, California. He was a 1974 graduate of Saint Francis High School, Sunnyvale, California. Bruce served in the United States Navy from 1975 until 1977. He worked as an industrial operator for many years. Survivors include his mother, Patricia Haines, of Moses Lake, Washington; children, Catherine O'Dell Minnis, of Kansas City, Missouri, and Christian, Krystal, and Alyssa Bell all of Breckenridge, Missouri; four grandchildren, Briar, Shelby Rae, Lillian, and Kaitlyn; wife, Linda Sutherland, of the home; three sisters, Jennifer Lonas, of Moses Lake, Washington, Lisa Ortez, of Moses Lake, Washington, and Lora Stewart-Hudson, of Redding, California; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert; stepfather, Norbert Haines; two brothers-in-law, Jimmy Lonas, and John Ver Valin; and one great niece, Abagail Ver Valin. A Memorial Service will be held at the Assembly of God Church, Breckenridge, Missouri, on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. There is no scheduled visitation.
