Bonnie Lee Davis

Bonnie Lee Davis, age 83, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2015, at Liberty Hospital, Liberty, Missouri. Bonnie was born the daughter of Troy and Verdie (Hoskins) Head on September 9, 1932, in Cora, Missouri. She was a 1951 graduate of Chillicothe High School. She was united in marriage to Russell Davis on May 9, 1953, in Chillicothe, Missouri. He preceded her in death on July 6, 2011. Bonnie was a member of the Souls Harbors Church of God, Chillicothe, Missouri. Survivors include two sons, Martin R. Davis and wife Holly of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Wesley R. Davis of Chillicothe, Missouri; eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren; three sisters, Rose Danner and husband Gilbert of Chillicothe, Missouri, Mary Ruth Mammen and husband David of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Dixie Seaman and husband Stanley of Chillicothe, Missouri; and several nieces nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Russell; four brothers, Gail, Jerry, Bill and J.D. Head; and two sisters, Sharin Adams and Ramah Stith. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Sunday, November 22, 2015, at 1:30 p.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, November 21, 2015, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, November 21, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Chillicothe, Missouri.
