Bobijo (Bobi) V. Gibson

Bobijo "Bobi" V. Gibson Bobi Gibson, age 48, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2015, at her residence. Bobi was born the daughter of Don and Vernice (Wood) Parsons on June 14, 1966, in Chillicothe, Missouri. She was a 1985 graduate of Southwest High School, Ludlow, Missouri. After graduating high school she attended the Chillicothe Beauty Academy where she received her beautician license. She was united in marriage to Lewis R. "Randy" Gibson on December 17, 1988 in Dawn, Missouri. He survives of the home. Bobi worked as a beautician for the Parsons Barber and Beauty Shop and the Livingston Manor Nursing Home for many years. She also worked at Midwest Mobile for five years, and as a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Missouri Veterans Home in Cameron, Missouri. Survivors include husband, Randy Gibson; mother, Vernice Sharp and step-father Bob of Dawn, Missouri; step-mother, Grace Parsons of Chillicothe; two sons, Matthew Gibson and wife Jill of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Luke Gibson and wife Jenna of Trenton, Missouri; one brother, Herb Parsons and wife Susan of Sibley, Missouri; three sisters, Christi Parsons of Dawn, Missouri, Tomi Novak and husband Ron of Gladstone, Missouri, and Jerri Parsons of Kansas City, Missouri; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Don Parsons. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, March 20, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. There is no scheduled family visitation. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, on Thursday, March 19, 2015, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Chillicothe, Missouri.
