Billy Ray Perry Billy Ray Perry, age 62, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Monday, August 7, 2017, at Hedrick Medical Center, Chillicothe, Missouri. Billy was born the son of Joe and Evelyn (Forsythe) Perry on March 17, 1955, in Chillicothe, Missouri. He was a 1973 graduate of Chillicothe High School. He was a member of the Liberty United Methodist Church, Chillicothe, Missouri. Although Billy Ray had endured many struggles in his life, he proudly served the Lord. He enjoyed singing church hymns. Billy had a big heart as he willingly cared for his parents, always making sure they had what they needed. Survivors include his mother, Evelyn Perry of Chillicothe, Missouri; one sister, Louise Tate and husband Vince of Chillicothe, Missouri; one niece, Melanie Goad of Chillicothe, Missouri; one nephew, Shawn Tate of Belton, Missouri; two great nephews, Cole Goad of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Derrick Tate of Belton, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Ray Perry. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Thursday, August 10, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Thursday August 10, 2017 one hour prior to service, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, August 9, 2017, from 12 noon until 5:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Chillicothe, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to the Liberty United Methodist Church and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, MO 64601.
