Billy W. Burtch

Billy W. Burtch Billy W. Burtch, age 77, a resident of Carrollton, Missouri, passed away on Friday, November 29, 2013, at his residence in rural Carrollton, Missouri. Billy was born the son of Robert and Helen (Saale) Burtch on March 15, 1936, in Grundy County, Missouri. He was a 1954 graduate of Laredo High School, Laredo, Missouri. He was united in marriage to Rita Joan Singleton on June 6, 1955, in Linneus, Missouri. She preceded him in death on December 3, 2000. He served in the National Guard for 13 years. Billy was then united in marriage to Alice Katherine Raasch on June 4, 2001, in Carrollton, Missouri. She survives of the home. He worked as an Electrician for Carroll County Memorial Hospital for many years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Carrollton, Missouri. Survivors include one son, Richard Burtch and wife Diane of Pheonix, Arizona; three daughters, Debrah Carter and husband Dean of Pheonix, Arizona, Janet CeBallos of Pheonix, Arizona, and Susan Skinner and husband Darren of San Jose, California; eight grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; two step children, DeAnn Campbell and husband Bobby of DeWitt, Missouri, and Candi Kay Keown and husband Michael of Carrollton, Missouri; two brothers, Robert Burtch of Trenton, Missouri, and Buddy Burtch of Iowa; and one sister, Barbara Vines of Trenton, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife Rita; and one son-in-law, Michael CeBallos. Private immediate interment was held on Saturday, November 30, 2013, at Alpha Cemetery, Laredo, Missouri. There was no scheduled family visitation.
