Beulah D. Ireland, age 93, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2019, at her residence.
Beulah was born the daughter of Clarence and Rosa (Haverty) Sand on March 24, 1925, in Hollenburg, Kansas. She was a 1941 graduate of O'Dell Nebraska High School. She attended the Chillicothe Business College and graduated in 1942. She was united in marriage to John Everett Ireland on July 20, 1943, in Chula, Missouri. He preceded her in death on February 8, 1981. She worked as an office supervisor at Mid-America Dairymen for 38 years. Beulah loved reading.
Survivors include her daughter, Shirley Ralls of Chillicothe, Missouri; three grandchildren, Terri Dulaney, David Ireland and wife Marcie, and Tammy Stith and husband Leslie; seven great-grandchildren, Jeremy Cunningham, Joshua Cunningham, Lacey Stith, Adam Stith, Zachary Ireland, Amanda Nichols and husband Warren, Bethany Arthaud and husband Jonathan; one aunt, Lola Godden of Lincoln, Nebraska; sister-in-law, Wilda Ireland; daughter-in-law, Carolyn Rader and husband Ron; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband Everett, her son Leon, and great-great grandson, Rowen Nichols.
Funeral services will be Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, March 22, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Thursday, March 21, 2019, from 12:00 noon to 7:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Chillicothe, Missouri.
