Betty Jo Shaw

Betty Jo Shaw Betty Jo Shaw, age 72, a Chillicothe, Missouri, resident passed away November 4, 2017, in Kansas City, Missouri. Betty was born the daughter of Glen Boyles and Ruth (Lewis) Boyles on February 3, 1945, in Chillicothe, Missouri. She was a 1961 graduate of Chillicothe High School. She lived in South Carolina for several years before moving back to this area three years ago. She worked for Wachovia for several years until she retired. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. Betty Jo is survived by one daughter, Lisa Yoder, and husband, Mike, Waynesville, Missouri; one brother, Steven Boyles, and wife, Lee, Chula, Missouri, and one brother-in-law, Jim Richey; three nieces, Kimberly Kennedy, and husband, John, Kansas City, Missouri, Debbie Garbeff, and husband, Greg, Olathe, Kansas, and Dee O'Dell, and husband, Rob; three nephews, Steve Boyles, Chillicothe, Missouri, and Mike Richey, and significant other, Maggie, and Randy Worth, Kansas City, Missouri; five grandchildren and five great grand-children, and her beloved dog, Waldo.   She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Nancy Richey. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, November 18, 2017, at 1:00PM at the Calvary Family Life Center, Chillicothe, Missouri. Arrangements are under the direction of Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri.
