Betty Louise Coen, age 77, a resident of Butler, Missouri, a former resident of Wheeling, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2019, at Butler Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, Butler, Missouri.
Betty was born the daughter of Clifford and Martha Louise (Burden) Wrisinger on April 24, 1941, in Richmond, Missouri. She was a 1959 graduate of Macon High School. Betty was united in marriage to Robert Coen on April 15, 1960, in Richmond, Missouri. He preceded her in death on February 10, 1998. She worked as a printer for Walsworth Publishing for many years.
Survivors include one son, Jeffrey Coen and wife Kylie of Ballard, Missouri; three grandchildren, Marijah Coen, Jeremy McCann, and Ashley McCann; one brother, Marvin Wrisinger of Meadville, Missouri; and one sister, Patty Rushton of Linneus, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert; and two daughters, Robin McCann and Juanita Buttricks.
A graveside service will be held at the Wheeling Cemetery, Wheeling, Missouri, on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. There is no scheduled visitation. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Monday, March 11, 2019, from 12 noon until 5:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Betty Coen Memorial Fund and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
