Betty Florence Booth Betty Florence Booth, age 86, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2016, at Indian Hills Retirement Village, Chillicothe, Missouri. Betty was born the daughter of George and Ruth L. (Fair) Egeland on February 17, 1930, in Modena, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Darold Booth on March 18, 1947, in Princeton, Missouri. He preceded her in death on December 31, 1997. She attended Turning Point Church, Chillicothe, Missouri, for many years. The past few years, she had attended Highview Baptist Church, Chillicothe, Missouri. Betty enjoyed playing bingo, bible tribute, spending time with her family and shopping. Survivors include two sons, Tom Booth and wife Donna of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Steve Booth of Jameson, Missouri; one daughter, Sandra Herring and husband Ron of Trenton, Missouri; ten grandchildren; six great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and two brothers, Robert Egeland of Chicago, Illinois, and Johnny Egeland of Trenton, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband Darold. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, March 12, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, March 11, 2016, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, March 11, 2016, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Chillicothe, Missouri.
