Ashley B. Rhodes Ashley B. Rhodes, age 27, a resident of Chula, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2012, at Hedrick Medical Center, Chillicothe, Missouri. Ashley was born the daughter of Rick and Lori (Cox) Singleton on October 5, 1984, in Sedalia, Missouri. She was a 2003 graduate of Chillicothe High School. She was united in marriage to James Rhodes on June 17, 2006, in Chillicothe, Missouri. He survives of the home. She worked as a homemaker, and enjoyed taking care of her children. She was a member of the Alpha Baptist Church in Alpha. Survivors include her husband James of the home; two sons, Carson Rhodes and Remington Rhodes of Chula, Missouri; mother, Lori Singleton and Randy Horton of Trenton, Missouri; father Rick Singleton and wife Beth of Cameron, Missouri; one sister, Emily Mitchell and husband Nathan of Meadville, Missouri, one step-sister Charlotte Lindley of Plattsburg, Missouri; three nephews, Hunter Mitchell, Christopher Rhodes, and Logan Rhodes; two nieces, Lilee Mitchell, and Alexis Rhodes; paternal grandfather, Richard Singleton of Laredo, Missouri; mother and father-in-law Pam and Burl Ireland of Chillicothe, Missouri; three brothers-in-law, Dave Rhodes, Jason Rhodes, and Luke Ireland of Chillicothe, Missouri; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Fern Singleton; and maternal grandparents, Charile and Nina Cox. Funeral services will be held at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Thursday, August 16, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, August 15, 2012, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call the funeral home on Wednesday, from 12 noon until 9:00 p.m. Burial will be held at May Cemetery, Chula, Missouri.
