Ardell Baugher

Ardell "Dell" Baugher Ardell Baugher, age 93, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2016, at his residence. Ardell was born the son of Harley E. and Madge H. (Cook) Baugher on March 5, 1923, in Dunlap, Missouri. He was united in marriage to Margaret Kimber on July 24, 1946, in Chillicothe, Missouri, she preceded him in death. Ardell enjoyed woodworking, working on lawn mowers, watching game shows and the Grand Ole Opry. He was a history buff and loved science. Survivors include: daughter-in-law, Margaret Baugher of Chillicothe, Missouri; sister, Connie Thomas of Chillicothe, Missouri; grandchildren, Tonia Sue Knouse, Chillicothe, Angela Baugher of Dawn, Nicklous Baugher of Chillicothe, and Natalie Baugher of Chillicothe; great-grandchildren, Breanna Michelle Baugher, Logan Wayne Michael Liebendorfer, Paige Marie Baugher, and Julieonna Sky Baugher; good friends, Vickie Mackley and Floyd Protor. He was also preceded in death by: his parents, son, Thomas Baugher; sisters, Sarah Baugher, Lula Smith, Trula Walker, and Betty Maberry; brothers, Donald Baugher, Bob Baugher, Edward Baugher, and Earnest Baugher; and grandson, Willie Baugher. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe. A scheduled family visitation will be held on Wednesday July 20, 2016, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri on Wednesday, July 20, 2016, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Avalon Cemetery and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
