Anna Viola Casady Anna Casady, age 81, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2013, at Life Path Hospice, Tampa, Florida. Anna was born the daughter of Dewey and Susie Picy (Ditmars) Roberts on April 21, 1931, in Braymer, Missouri. She was a 1949 graduate of Braymer High School, Braymer, Missouri. After graduating high school Anna attended Missouri Methodist School of Nursing. After graduation from there she came to Hedrick Medical Center where she worked many years. She was united in marriage to Herman Casady on January 21, 1955, in Carrollton, Missouri. He survives of the home. Anna was a member of the First Christian Church. She had many friends in the nursing profession as well as in the public. Survivors include husband, Herman Casady; two sons, David Casady, and wife Adrianna of Overland Park, Kansas, and Dan Casady, and wife Lise of Tampa, Florida; one daughter Cheryl Casady, of St. Joseph, Missouri; one sister Roberta Hill, and husband Bill of Liberty, Missouri; five grandchildren, Nicholas, Natalie, Sara, Brad, Elle, eleven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Mary Lou Sackman and Shirley Morgan; and two nephews. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. A scheduled visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, February 27, 2013, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, from 12 noon until 9:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Braymer, Missouri.
