Alan Lamar Johnson

Alan Johnson, age 65, a resident of St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2012, at his home. Alan was born the son of Excell Johnson and Betty Hampton on July 8, 1946, in Braymer, Missouri. He was a member of the United States Air Force. Alan was united in marriage to Debbie Harness, on March 13, 1974 in Florida. She survives the home. He worked for Prax Air in Kansas City, Missouri for 20 years. He was a member of the Christian Church. He is also survived by five sons, Jeffery Johnson of St. Joseph, Missouri, Eric Johnson of Braymer, Missouri, Bobby Johnson and wife Taryn of Kansas City, Missouri, Aron Johnson of Overland Park, Kansas, Jeremy Johnson of St. Joseph, Missouri; five daughters, Alana Kimberly and husband Mike of Denver, Colorado, Heather Moore and husband Steve of Salt Lake City, Utah, Amber Caselman and husband Scott of Cameron, Missouri, Sara Thomsen and husband, Mike of St. Joseph, Missouri, Lori Baird and husband Derrick of St. Joseph, Missouri; one sister, Melissa Maples of Kearney, Missouri; and twenty-one grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother Cliff Johnson. Gr
